We list every fee publicly because asking about money should not be the hardest part of asking for help. Prices below are current as of May 2026 and sit at or below the APS Schedule of Recommended Fees.

Medicare
With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you can claim a rebate of $101.55 per session (up to 10 sessions per calendar year). The plan is free, your GP fills it in during a normal appointment. Medicare rebates do not generally cover assessments. However, individuals under 25 may be eligible for up to 4 Medicare rebates for assessment appointments under a Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorder referral, which can be prepared by a psychiatrist or paediatrician.
NDIS
We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Our session fees are at or below the NDIS price guide for psychologists. We don’t currently take agency-managed plans.
Private health insurance
Many extras policies cover a portion of psychology sessions. The amount depends on your level of cover — please check directly with your insurer. We provide an invoice you can submit.
Cancellation policy
We get it — life can be unpredictable. We hold appointments specifically for you, so as much notice as possible is appreciated. The table below is what we charge if a session is cancelled or missed.
