Competition and Consumer Act

For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), FFP’s liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website and to purchase any goods or services through it, or otherwise have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Advertising and professional conduct

As a registered psychologist, Megan Fielding is bound by the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and the Psychology Board of Australia’s Code of Conduct, including the Guidelines for advertising a regulated health service. In line with these obligations, content on this website will not be false, misleading or deceptive, will not use testimonials about clinical aspects of our services, will not create an unreasonable expectation of benefit or guarantee any particular outcome, and will not encourage unnecessary use of our services.

Third parties

We do not sell or trade your personal or client information. We may use de-identified, aggregated information to understand client needs and improve our services and website, but not for any other purpose.

Disclosing your information

We may be required, in certain circumstances, to disclose information in good faith where we are required to do so by law or by a court, to enforce the terms of any agreement with you, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients or relevant third parties.

Exclusion of competitors

If you provide similar services (for example, psychological assessment or therapy services, or related documents or resources) for a fee, you are a competitor of FFP. We do not permit competitors to use, download, or obtain through a third party, any documents or information from this website. If you breach this term, FFP may hold you responsible for any resulting loss, and reserves the right to deny any person access to our website, services or information at our discretion.

Copyright and restrictions of use

This website and its content, including its design, layout, look, appearance and graphics, is owned by or licensed to FFP. You may print or download extracts for your personal, non-commercial use only, and may share content with individual third parties for their personal use provided you acknowledge FFP as the source. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit or commercially exploit any content from this website without our express written permission.

Whole agreement

These terms and conditions represent the whole agreement between you and FFP concerning your use of, and access to, this website and its content. Exclusion of unenforceable terms

Jurisdiction

This agreement and this website are governed by the laws of Victoria and Australia. Any dispute between you and FFP that results in litigation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Zero tolerance policy

Rude or aggressive behaviour towards our staff is unacceptable. We are unable to see clients who are aggressive towards staff, or who attend a session visibly intoxicated.
